Privacy Policy

If you create an account, we (via our authentication provider, Clerk) collect your email address and basic account information. If you subscribe to price-trigger alerts, we store which tickers, channels, and trade calls you've subscribed to so we can notify you. If you submit the feedback form, we store your message and, if provided, your email address, in order to respond. If you subscribe to email alerts or start a paid subscription, we collect the necessary billing information via Stripe — BestTrader itself never sees or stores your card details.

We use this data solely to operate the site: authenticating you, sending the alerts you've subscribed to, sending transactional emails (via Brevo) related to your account or subscription, processing payments (via Stripe), and responding to feedback you send us. We do not sell your data.

BestTrader relies on a small number of third-party services to operate: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Brevo (transactional email delivery). Each of these providers processes the data described above under its own privacy policy.

If you sign up after clicking a content creator's referral link, that creator can see your email address and subscription status in their own referral dashboard, along with how many people they've referred overall. This lets creators verify referrals and, where applicable, receive compensation through the program. If you'd prefer a creator not see this information, sign up without using a referral link.

BestTrader uses a session cookie (set by Clerk) to keep you signed in, and a small preference cookie to remember your chosen display language. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
